Prices in USD. When payments open, checkout, invoices, and cancellation are handled securely by Stripe, and subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Questions, answered

What does reserving a founding seat commit me to?

Nothing. A reservation is your email and a place in line at the founding price. If you tick the card option, Stripe stores the card and we store a reference to it — no charge is made. Before payments open we email every reservation; your seat converts only after that notice, and replying to the email cancels it.

When do payments open?

When the app has finished its final round of hardening. Reservations hear first, before the button on this page changes. Founding seats are limited to the number shown above.

Does Mnem work offline?

Yes. Your memory is stored locally, so recall and capture work with no connection at all. The app verifies your license on activation and when you refresh it, and allows a 14-day offline grace period from the last check — a long flight, or a fortnight off-grid, won't lock you out.

How many devices can I use?

Each license activates up to 3 devices. You can see and deactivate devices any time from your account page — handy when you replace a device.

How do I cancel?

From your account page, open “Manage billing” to reach the Stripe customer portal and cancel in a couple of clicks — anytime. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

What does the cloud actually store?

Your email address, subscription state, license IDs, and device IDs. Memories, settings, and tokens stay on your machine — see the privacy policy for the complete list.

What happens to my memories if I cancel?

Nothing. They're data on your device, not rows in our database. We never had them, so cancelling can't take them away.
